Delivery methods
  1. Courier address delivery to your home or office address. The delivery is carried out by CDEK express delivery service.
  2. Pickup in CDEK pickup points.
  3. Pickup in post offices of Pochta Rossii (Russian Post).
Delivery cost

The delivery cost depends on the delivery method and is individually calculated at the checkout.

FREE delivery of order within the Russian Federation is possible by the first class of Pochta Rossii (Russian Post) shall an order amount be 5,000 Rubles or more.

Information on order readiness

  1. Courier delivery. When an order arrives in the city of destination, a courier service representative will contact you to agree on a delivery date and time.
  2. Self-pickup in pickup points. When an order arrives at a pickup point, you will receive a notification (SMS and/or e-mail) with a pickup code and order storage period.
  3. Self-pickup in Pochta Rossii office. When an order arrives at a post office, you will receive an SMS and a postal notification on the order pickup readiness.

We kindly recommend to track your parcel using a tracking number. SMS is sent only to users, registered on Pochta Rossii website. The order storage period in the post office is specified by “Rules for the provision of postal services” (read more on Pochta Rossii website).

In case of any questions on your order status, please contact the customer service by sending a message to amica_lashes@mail.ru. Please be ready to inform your order number or recipient’s name.

Payment rules and payment security

Payments by bank cards are carried out via JSC ALFA-BANK.

VISA, MasterCard, MIR cards are accepted for payment.
Internet payment is carried out in accordance with the Rules of Visa, MasterCard and MIR international payment systems in confidentiality and security of payment, using the most sophisticated methods of verification, encryption and data transmission via secure channels. Bank card data is entered on the secure payment page of JSC ALFA-BANK.

On the bank data entry page, you should enter bank card data: card number, card holder name, card expiration date, card verification value (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard, Additional identification code for MIR). All the necessary data is indicated on the card itself. Card verification value (CVV) is three digits, indicated on the card reverse.

Next, you will be redirected to your bank’s page in order to enter secure code, sent by SMS. In case you fail to receive secure code, please contact the issuer.

Information confidentiality

Your personal data (name, address, phone, e-mail, bank card number) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your credit card data is transmitted in encrypted form and is not stored on our Web-server.

Goods return policy

In case of the card payment, cash refunds are not allowed. The return policy is regulated by the Rule of the international payment systems.

The return policy is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law.

The Buyer has the right to reject the order, which is subject to return under the current legislation of the Russian Federation, at any time before receiving and within 7 (seven) days thereafter, not counting the purchase date. The return of non-defective goods is possible in case if vendibility (packaging, seals, label), completeness and all the qualities of the goods are preserved as well as a document confirming the fact and terms of purchase of the goods is attached.

The return of the amount paid on the bank card is possible in case a filled-in Return of the Goods form, which, under the request, is sent by e-mail and together with a ID copy shall be sent to amica_lashes@mail.ru.

The return of the amount paid will be carried out within 21 (twenty-one) working days since the receipt of the filled-in Return of the Goods form by the company.

To return the amount paid for transactions made with errors, will you kindly apply with a written application, attaching a copy of your ID and cheques/receipts, confirming an erroneous write-off. The above-mentioned application shall be sent to amica_lashes@mail.ru.

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The application and refund lead time starts from the date the Company receives the Application and is calculated in working days, excluding holidays/weekends.
